Rogue Recruitment is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a very stable retail company in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a direct hire, onsite career opportunity paying anywhere in the $80-100K/yr. range, depending on overall qualifications and experience.

• Lead Retail Solution System projects and oversee system upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align feature sets with our product vision.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues, and implement process improvements.
• Support system administration and problem management for retail solution processes and automations.
• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for automation.
• Assist with reporting integrity, data validation, and report production.
• Lead end-user training and engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years' experience in accounting or ERP/retail systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software applications including Excel, Cognos, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Experience in Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus.
