Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Systems Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. P6 Construction Scheduler

  • Critical Business Analysis has current multiple openings for Scheduler’s with a minimum of three years’ experience in P6 schedule development, maintenance, and analysis for large engineering/procurement/construction projects.  There are multiple projects in the Midwestern states and the scheduling work will be performed on site.  Per diem would be provided for candidates not local to the job site. The job sites are located in Kansas City, MO, Kokomo, IN, Austin, TX, and Nashville, TN.  The positions are also eligible for bonus and benefits.

    The positions require critical thinking to develop and analyze project schedules.  The capability to critique schedule data and communicate to the project stakeholders the impact of that analysis is a must. The candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of project stakeholder groups. Candidates must have strong Primavera P6 experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, environment.  

    Requirements

    • Previous Heavy Civil, Industrial, or Heavy Commercial construction experience.
    • Experience with design, bidding, submittals, and approvals.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Minimum three years’ experience using P6 to manage large capital projects.
    • Experience with Last Planner and/or Touch Plan a plus.
    • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Effective working in a group Project Controls environment.
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of project stakeholders and perform site walk downs.
    • BS degree in a related field preferred.
