Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. The person in this position is responsible for performing general driving tasks such as pickups and deliveries for customers of the organization.
In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for maintaining box storage locations within the company’s warehouse, including maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping the warehouse neat and organized.
Duties and responsibilities Perform customer deliveries and pick-ups Schedule and perform deliveries and/or pick-ups with appropriate customer contact Maintain all inventory records to properly record all in-coming items and out-going items Maintain all necessary paperwork, including all required logs, delivery sheets, delivery receipts, etc.
May be required to load files and documents from filing cabinets and/or shelves into boxes On occasion may be responsible for supervising temporary workers in performing pickups and/or deliveries Maintain an orderly warehouse
Choose appropriate locations within warehouse to locate new items that have been picked up Responsible for tracking location of all assets
Stage boxes appropriately in order to facilitate optimum workflow within the Conversion Services Department Bring needed boxes into the Conversion Services Department
Transfer completed boxes from the Conversion Services Department back to the appropriate location within the warehouse Prepare, monitor and manage asset destruction
Update necessary reports and logs to properly record assets being destroyed Notify and manage the relationship with our Third-party secure destruction partner Ensure all documents related to the destruction process have been secured from the necessary source and as necessary provided to our customer
Perform customer file requests as needed Receive all requests for files Locate all needed files and/or documents
Deliver files requested to the appropriate Supervisor for processing an delivery to the requesting users Must represent the company in a positive, professional manner
Must be out-going & people-oriented Follows all safety regulations and policies Miscellaneous Tasks Ensures warehouse is secure upon arrival and departure Performs minor “handy-man” tasks Perform parts inventories as needed * Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications Must be detail oriented High-school degree Must possess and maintain a clean driving record Must pass a thorough background check
Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds and load boxes into truck/van Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 – 4:30 On occasion, may require early-morning start and late-evening finish On occasion, may be required to travel out-of-town on overnight trips Experience preferred in a similar position
Should be knowledgeable and experienced with general computer skills Must be comfortable and experienced with driving up to a 26’ lift-gate truck Must be comfortable and experienced with pulling a trailer Must possess exceptional communication skills
