Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Systems Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. This role would be hybrid out of our Green Bay, WI Corporate Office.

SUMMARY
This business systems SAP analyst intern will be part of the Nature's Way business systems design team and will learn and develop skills in assigned SAP functional areas. This intern position is available full-time during the summer part-time while attending school. The ideal candidate will have some SAP exposure and development experience. The expected graduation day must be within 18 months and graduate with a degree in computer science or business information systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):- Assist management of incidents and request tickets.
- Responsible for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Responsible for SAP configuration.
- Will work closely with SAP developers in directing development activities, testing, and defect management
- Provide other support activities as needed
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to interactive effectively with business users and IT staff
- Effective communication skills, written and oral
- Effective testing management and debugging skills
- Understanding of system development life cycle
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduating with degree in Computer Science or Business Information systems within 18 months.
