The Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and analysis for highly specialized applications and operational environments within government programs. This position involves conducting high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems, requiring extensive subject matter knowledge for effective implementation. The Business Analyst/Coordinator actively participates in all phases of software development, with a focus on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation. Utilizing advanced business, management, and administrative principles, they apply specialized technical knowledge to arrive at automated solutions for challenging technical problems. Additionally, this role involves designing and preparing technical reports, creating visual representations of data, and delivering presentations and briefings as required by task orders. Technical support includes advising on security requirements for highly specialized applications and providing technical report preparation and other services as needed.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Technical Analysis: Provide technical knowledge and analysis for highly specialized applications and operational environments, conducting in-depth analysis of complex problems and proposing effective solutions.
    • Systems Design and Integration: Conduct high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for complex technical systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
    • ·Software Development: Participate in all phases of software development, emphasizing planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation to support the development and deployment of automated solutions.
    • Application of Expertise: Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements, utilizing advanced business, management, and administrative principles to address exceptionally difficult technical problems.
    • Report Preparation: Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation, utilizing charts and graphs to record results and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
    • Presentation Delivery: Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by task orders, effectively conveying technical information and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical advice on security requirements for highly specialized applications, as well as technical report preparation and other services as required by task orders.
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a business analysis or technical coordination role, preferably within government programs or similar environments.
    • Proficiency in systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
    • Knowledge of security requirements for highly specialized applications is preferred.
