POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Systems Manager is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact of the HR systems for SixAxis. They will review system capabilities and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance the solution in a way that is accurate, secure, and compliant with the organization's standards. The HR Systems Manager will troubleshoot issues, implement improvements/upgrades, and integrate new systems. This role will be key in driving various HR functions within the organization including HRIS Database administration, reporting, data analysis, external payroll support, benefits administration, and the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and special projects. Hybrid design of 3-4 days in office may be effective.
