The Business Development Manager will help us grow our Services line of business. This is a sales position with the opportunity to pursue and sell services across all Practices and Mainline's trusted partners. The Business Development Manager focuses on large, complex services opportunities and reports directly to the Vice President - Services Center of Excellence. This position partners with our field sales executives, our practice leads, and our enterprise architects to drive new services business at existing accounts and to identify and acquire new services accounts.
Core focus will be to position services offerings (both internal and partner delivered), develop and articulate value propositions, and lead services sales efforts to business closure. The primary metrics being revenue and gross profit growth while supporting quality service delivery and customer satisfaction for this rapidly expanding part of our business. This position will be instrumental building upon and growing services sales across our diverse services lines and will work closely with our account executives, practice leads, and enterprise architects to identify and pursue profitable services opportunities that make a difference to our clients and to the growth of our business. Leading services sales pursuits and managing the sales process to closure is an essential part of this role.
