We are looking for a person with a mining and/or instrumentation background to manage our Mining Group. They would operate from our Tucson, AZ office and manage and support the implementation of our systems at various projects particularly in the Arizona and New Mexico areas but also around the country and world. Some travel will be required.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager Include:
Help organize group financials including project and group costing, budgeting and forecasting
Manage Mine Group staff
Manage Mine Group client relations
Manage sub-contractors
Develop project opportunities
Develop project specifications and designs
Develop and deliver content such as white papers and presentations
Organize project/case histories for marketing & sales
Present project/case histories at conferences/client meetings
Business Development Manager Expertise Desired:
Mining practices including operations and risk management
Business operations including management and financials
Monitoring technologies including instrumentation and data service providers
Geospatial data, systems and platforms
Geotechnical/geomechanical data reduction and presentation methods
