Primary Purpose of Position | The Manager of Enrollment Analytics & CRM Solutions is a twelve-month EPS exempt position that leads the innovation, development, improvement, and long-term development of the CRM solutions used in all facets of Enrollment Management, including analytics and report writing. This also includes serving as the liaison with campus constituents, forming relationships, and expanding the use of TargetX. The Manager is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the CRM (TargetX) and associated workflows, serves as the liaison between end users and the CRM vendor, and supervises the TargetX campus users. |
