Business & Systems Analyst jobs in Indianapolis, IN

Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls and awarded Indiana’s “Best Places to Work” for 8 years, is currently seeking an analytical and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. 

Job Duties: 

• Designs and maintains processes, databases, and data integrity for internal platforms (Sugar, PTW, Microsoft BI, etc.) 
• Work with key internal and external parties in implementing business intelligence platforms 
• Optimize data integration platforms 
• Serves as point of contact for data-related issues and questions 
• Training end users on reporting and dashboards in various internal platforms 
• Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of the business 
• Problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop business insights 
• Manage mass change updates in internal platforms (Mass product updates, price increases, etc.) 
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of internal platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft BI, PTW, etc.) 
• Passion for data  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
