    Business Systems Analyst

    • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

    • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

    • Follows established standards as well as software development, SAFE Agile, and project management lifecycles.

    • Understands business needs, processes, nomenclature and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements.

    • Experience with Data Warehousing



    • Maintain a solid understanding of end to end application and data architecture to support requirements analysis, testing, and troubleshooting

    • Opportunity to participate in Business Requirements Analysis and documentation

    • Conduct analysis on issues reported by the business to determine their root cause and recommended solution.

    • Review and analyze business requirements document to ensure adequate testing.

    • Develop and execute test cases based on requirements.

    • Conduct manual testing of applications, reports, ETL, and other software solutions

    • Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts and other project team members to analyze test results, locate problems, identify root causes and develop solutions

    • Strong knowledge of Databases including SQL Server and Standard SQL
