We are seeking a motivated Team Leading Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on generating appointments for our sales team.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects effectively
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on leads generated
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments
Skills:
- Experience in technology sales or software industry preferred
- Proficient in outbound calling and customer service practices
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to market products/services effectively
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques
