- Dealership: L0238 Driveway Finance Corporation DFC Business Analyst I The DFC Business Analyst I will support our reporting and analytics platforms while also assisting in our shift to next generation business software solutions. Working as part of a cross-functional development team, Business Analysts have a ground-up impact on our systems, our business, and most importantly, our customers. Compensation: $55k -65k DOE starting salary Location: Medford OR Tigard Responsibilities Apply data analysis and research skills to identify key indicators, test hypotheses and guide actions with respect to the loan transaction life cycle Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes and solve problems at their root cause Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analyses Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights Partner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics, and insights Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiencies Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience with a heavy emphasis on data and analytics Excellent knowledge of relevant technologies, reporting systems and data analytics.
