FloraCraft Corporation, the worldwide leader in the fabrication of floral and crafting products, has the following immediate openings:IT Systems AnalystThis position works on-site, Monday through FridayThe IT Systems Analyst provides user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. The role includes troubleshooting problems and advising on the appropriate action.Job Responsibilities
- Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically;
- Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues;
- Researches questions using available information resources;
- Advises user on appropriate action;
- Follows standard help desk procedures;
- Redirects problems to correct resources;
- Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention;
- Tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions;
- Informs management of recurring issues;
- Stays current with system information, changes, and updates; and
- Performs any additional job duties as required.

Education / Experience Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related studies, and 2-4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server, and networking skills – Plex or other manufacturing ERP/MRP experience is a plus;
- Computer hardware basics and ability to learn new software quickly;
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices; and
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
