Seeking a candidate to fill a Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare Sector) in Topeka, KS! Full time, temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. $33.65/hr!
Business Systems Analyst Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using effective elicitation techniques.
- Evaluate current processes and systems, suggesting technological enhancements for optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including processes, workflows, and user guides.
- Facilitate seamless communication and integration between business and IT teams.
- Customize software applications to align with business objectives and enhance performance.
- Design and execute test plans, partnering with QA teams to ensure system reliability.
- Provide end-user training and support, serving as a bridge between users and technical teams.
- Recognize chances for improving processes while staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:Business Systems Analyst Job Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar position.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
- Understanding of hospital procedures is beneficial.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
- Five years of experience in Information Systems or relevant fields.
- Experience in data collection, evaluation, analysis, or reporting is desirable.
