Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties/Responsibilities/ Essential functions:

• Perform general clerical tasks.

• Client invoicing.

• Working closely with and assist the purchasing and billing departments.

• Filling in part time to take clients service requests via phone and email.

• Receiving UPS /FedEx deliveries.

• Provide timely response to clients' requests for information and assistance.

• Assist with client quote/proposal generation.

• Providing management with analytical reports.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school or BOCES degree in business/clerical/administrative support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software applications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, plan, and prioritize work tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.

• Professional and effective communication skills.

• Transportation and valid driver's license.

• High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
