    BAE Systems is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Minuteman Sustainment team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) program. In this role, the Analyst focuses on administration operations supporting the ICBM Infrastructure Division Chief, and Division leadership, highlighting areas of clerical, logistical and administrative skills. This is an exciting opportunity to get into the Defense industry!

    Responsibilities include:
    • Clerical/logistical/administrative skills
    • Track and manage Defense travel systems and performance evaluation system timelines
    • Records management following federal requirement to include civilian timekeeping
    • Manage personnel notification, alert and recall rosters and organizational chart maintenance
    • Monitor assigned tasks as required
    • Handle U.S. Postal Service drop off and pick up
    • Arrange meeting logistics for the Division
    • Schedule phone/video teleconferences, printing documents, IT support requests
    • Manage and automate calendars for Division leadership
    • Greet office visitors, screen/direct phone calls and submit visit request to security offices
    • Prepare/review/edit documentation for signature, draft memos, perform quality control on award nominations
    • Manage office supplies, coordinate on maintaining Division supplies

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • 5 years of professional working experience
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functions
    • Strong clerical aptitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication
    • Must be willing to travel 25%

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
