• Assist management of incidents and request tickets.
• Responsible for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Responsible for SAP configuration.
• Will work closely with SAP developers in directing development activities, testing, and defect management
• Provide other support activities as needed

• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to interactive effectively with business users and IT staff
• Effective communication skills, written and oral

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
