We are seeking a Design & Service Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a combination of graphic design skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a willingness to undertake general duties as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
1. Handle client orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Address and resolve client issues promptly, providing satisfactory solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business.
General Duties:
1. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the office, assembling & Installing Signs, including lifting items, moving stock, and general cleaning tasks.
2. Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe according to company policies and safety regulations.
