Business Systems Executive (Banking) directs a banking and financial services organization's strategic and long-range goal-planning function. Develops strategic plans and optimization initiatives that support growth and profitability goals. Being a Business Systems Executive (Banking) analyzes emerging industry trends, economic conditions, new technologies, consumer behavior, merger and acquisition opportunities, and competitive threats. Utilizes data-driven monitoring and analysis of business performance to recommend technological enhancements, process improvement measures, and new products. Additionally, Business Systems Executive (Banking) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Systems Executive (Banking) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. $48.00 - $80.00 per hour
