Business Systems Manager (Banking) jobs in Paramus, NJ

We are seeking an experienced business analyst as the point person in our growing organization responsible for our resorts business systems. In this position, you will analyze existing systems, identify areas of improvement, recommend new systems and business processes. Responsibility in this position also include creating timelines and project management.

Essential Functions

• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management and end users.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
• Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures related to business practices and systems.
• Analyze and recommend computer software solutions by understanding our business requirements. Constructing 
• workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Improve systems by studying current business practices.
• Recommend controls by identifying deficient areas. Writing improved procedures.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Form project team(s) and
• establishing a project budget.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support and end user 
• training.
• Analyze existing data. Suggest data cleanup options
• Identify underutilized, misconfigured or limitations of existing systems. Understand interface technologies joining individual systems.

Crystal Springs Resort utilizes the following software solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with one or more of the following:

• Agilysys InfoGenesis food and beverage and retail point of sale system.
• Maestro Property Management Systems, Maestro Activities, Maestro SPA & Retail, Maestro Sales & Catering.
• Craftable inventory and procurement system.
• Aspen Visual ClubMate Sports Club System.
• EZ-Links golf tee time system.
• SevenRooms Dining and Event Reservations system.

Qualifications

High school diploma or another graduate certificate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and understand business operations and requirements and align software solutions.
• Ability to effectively provide project management from inception to go-live 
• Prior experience with the business system listed above
