Business Systems Manager (Banking) manages analysis activities to develop strategic plans and objectives and to identify operational improvements in a banking and financial services organization. Drafts strategic plans and optimization initiatives that support growth and profitability goals for bank operations and branch networks. Being a Business Systems Manager (Banking) analyzes emerging industry trends, economic conditions, new technologies, consumer behavior, merger and acquisition opportunities, and competitive threats. Performs data-driven monitoring and analysis of business performance used to recommend technological enhancements, process improvement measures, and new products. Additionally, Business Systems Manager (Banking) typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Systems Manager (Banking) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Main Duties:

    • Work with a company’s upper management to determine their current HR needs.
    • Work closely with the HR and recruitment team to help implement goals set by upper management.
    • Strategize ways to improve the relationship between the company’s leadership and their employees.
    • Monitor the budget for the HR department and allocate funds when necessary.
    • Evaluate the company’s current departments and roles before comparing them to the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Work with recruitment professionals to identify necessary roles for growth within the company.
    • Help oversee and create job descriptions to attract talented candidates.
    • Participate in the candidate screening/interviewing process to ensure new hires align with upper management’s goals.
    • Draft new HR policies in accordance with organizational goals, industry trends and labor laws or regulations.
    • Consulting and supporting all managers relating to Human Resource topics
    • Recruitment of Hourly and Salary Personnel 
    • Determination of the qualitative manpower requirements together with the specialist departments
    • Providing the approved staff at the right quantity and on time
    • Facilitating internal investigations
    • Compensation structure: develop and maintain the pay classifications
    • Develop and maintain shift models
    • Preparing each type of company agreements
    • Representing the company in all questions concerning employment law
    • System of registration and reporting
    • Develop and facilitate management and employee trainings


    Standard Tasks:

    • Personnel management, personnel planning and personnel development
    • Budget planning and cost managing
    • To enforce the observance of the quality management system and the quality regulations
    • OSHA Compliance
    • Suggestion scheme
    • Reporting system to plant management
    • Supporting the willingness of the employees to work independently within the scope of delegated competences to achieve the optimum performance
    • Guaranteeing that each employee has the right job as well as search for personnel specifically
