In general, you will support the staff by:analyzing and interpreting data using scientific methods,assisting program areas to create data stories using statistical techniques,producing insightful dashboards and reports to answer questions about program data, andhelping to standardize data visualizations agency-wide to increase functional use of dashboards and reports.Technical Environment at the agency is Microsoft.NET (development) and Microsoft SQL Server (relational database). Microsoft Windows / Office Suite. QualificationsStrong candidates for this position will:Have expertise conducting statistical analyses of data using standard statistical techniques. Have expertise gathering functional specification requirements for the development of dashboards and reports.Have experience working with interactive data visualization products focused on business intelligence such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar products. Have experience with management of data to produce accurate and consistent longitudinal datasets. Have experience using Microsoft SQL Server to model data into datasets for consumption of business intelligence software. Have experience with anonymizing datasets in order to preserve data security and privacy.A Statement of Projects and 4 professional references will be required if selected to continue in the screening process.
