Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement and reduce costs
- Manage the purchasing process, including identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders
- Monitor supplier performance and develop relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and develop inventory plans
- Utilize ERP/MRP software to manage inventory levels and purchasing activities
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement strategies
- Lead cost negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Manage a team of supply chain buyers to ensure that purchasing activities are executed efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a buying or supply chain management role
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP software, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory management principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
