Position Summary:
Process requests for purchases and creates purchase orders. Uses company accounting & purchasing software (Lawson) and departmental spreadsheets to track vendors, parts, purchase requests, inventories and items and materials issued against work requests. Generates and processes reports for outstanding, delinquent and automatic requisitions, stock inventory, blanket purchases, and contract renewals. Complies with quality control and customer service standards. Serves as primary liaison with accounting department and vendors regarding parts and materials acquisitions.
Position Qualification:
