We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This is a 100% commission-based position.

$100,000 at plan commission

• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process

• Follow up with leads on a consistent basis until they pick up or opt-out

• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Real estate experience and/or license is a plus but not required
• This is an in-office position! Remote work will not be considered
