SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION WET is seeking a full-time Cad Drafter to support engineering and environmental projects. This position is in the Great Falls office and will support projects across the region. Position will work under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Applicant will be required to apply knowledge to a variety of projects and effectively implement knowledge into practical design. Job Description: As a CAD Drafter, you will be expected to support existing civil engineering, construction, and remediation projects in Great Falls and surrounding region as needed by WET. Work duties will include Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D drafting. The work may include completion of engineering construction drawing sets, earthwork surfacing and volumes preparation, corridor modeling, sewer and storm pipe networks, detail drafting and maps / report figure preparation. You will be expected to work in a positive and constructive manner with other WET employees, as the firm encourages a team approach to projects. QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline.
· Possess basic MS Office skills including, but not limited to, Word and Excel.
· Must be self-motivated, work well with others, follow direction, and problem solve.
· Must have the ability to read and understand engineering reports/plans.
· Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.
· Valid Montana Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
Preferences
· Survey experience and materials testing certifications.
· Experience with Leica field software.
