CAD Drafter jobs in Illinois

This is a contract CAD drafter position to assist with a 2-3 month project in Decatur. This position is hiring immediately. Pay is competitive.

Description:

Converting drawings and updating layout information; changing formatting of drawings

Use Excel and 2D CAD on a daily basis

Need to be able to be on-site

Will also walk the plant to identify layout details and document accurately

Skills:

Autocad, Drafting, Cad, design, microsoft office suite, autocad civil 3d

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2 years as a CAD drafter or strong CAD skills from school, with project experience can be considered

strong computer skills to open files, reformat, resave, document accordingly

Willing to make decision independently

Comes to ask questions and execute on feedback

Have to be able to manage their time and be self-motivated to move through the work at a steady pace
