• 
  Design and draft plans and technical drawings for stock and custom gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions within SolidWorks
• Work with engineers to produce drawings that meet industry standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect information about each project
• Collect graphics and templates to build a visual library
• Work consistent full-time hours, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday

Country Lane Woodworking supplies a nationwide network of dealers throughout the United States & Canada. Our company ships our outdoor living products globally to places like England, Africa, Korea, and Spain. We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team – someone who will collect all drawings, data, and notes involved in a specific project and prepare the final blueprints.

Our Ideal CAD Drafter:

• Experience: 3 years of product OR construction design and drafting experience; recent grads with relevant internships are encouraged to apply. Previous construction or experience with engineered drawings & blueprints is preferred.
• Computer Skills: 3 years of experience with AutoCAD or a similar program is required; knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM software, etc. is a plus.
• Confident: Remains calm & professional in challenging situations; able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized: Someone who proactively plans and can work on up to 15 projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator on the phone and through email.
• Results-driven: Approaches projects & problems with a focus on crafting solutions; finds ways to learn & grow from challenges. Anticipates issues rather than reacting to them.
• Self-Starter: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking, a go-getter willing to work to produce quality drawings.
