Job Description
Iron Lion Entries, LLC is searching for a CAD Drafter/Project Coordinator who will report to the director of product development and quality. This position will be responsible for communicating with service personnel, communicating timelines with customers, performing basic measurements, obtaining RFQs from glass manufacturers, ordering glass, tracking all glass orders, expediting glass orders, inspecting incoming glass, creating drawings for glass projects and new products. This position will be responsible for reporting warranty service metrics, quality issues, and overall monthly performance of glass installations.
The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere. A motivated and organized individual with demonstrated technical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects is desired. The ability to take direction as well as work independently, to work on short time frames and meet tight deadlines is a must.
Successful candidates will have experience with warranty services, be extremely detail-oriented, customer service, problem solving, project management, and work well in a highly collaborative environment.
