CAD Drafter jobs in Pascagoula, MS

JOB SUMMARY:

Create detailed shop and installation drawings for Fabrication of Sawmill, Pole Mill, and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE 2 OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Work with others in Engineering Department to design Machinery and Conveying Equipment, Structural steel and related equipment
• Create clear, accurate detailed shop drawings with B.O.M.
• Provide support to field personnel during installation
• Create material Lists and order materials
• Take In-Field measurements and make sketches when necessary
• Integrate third party equipment in to mill systems

Requirements:

• A.A. Degree in Drafting and Design
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Adhere to Company and Industry design standards and practices
• Able to develop drawings from field measurements
• Good written and verbal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Productive, self-motivated and organized
• Knowledge of CNC machining, welding and general construction practices a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
