As a CAD Drafter, your
responsibilities will include preparing technical drawings and schematics
based on specifications, blueprints, sketches, and layouts.
∙Collaborate on a variety of structural and civil land development projects, including but not limited to site utilities, paving, grading, drainage systems, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
∙Prepare drawings for wastewater collection, water lines, storm sewer systems for municipalities, and other related civil engineering projects.
∙Calculate project quantities to support design and construction processes.
Qualifications:
∙Associates or Technical degree in Drafting & Design is required.
∙1-5 years of related civil and land development drafting experience.
∙Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD Civil3D.
∙MUST have 3D design experience.
∙Ability to read and interpret plans, contours, and profiles.
∙Capability to lead plan preparation from survey data acquisition and base map preparation
through final plats and record drawings with minimal guidance.
∙Competence in setting up and managing drafting and plan preparation standards.
