Job Title: CRM Specialist with IT Experience

Job Overview:

As a CRM Specialist with IT experience for our 3PL Company, you will manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system while providing technical support and expertise. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure that the system is used effectively and efficiently to drive customer engagement and retention. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts and ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system is used effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement processes to support data hygiene and integrity within the CRM system.
• Provide technical support to team members on how to use the CRM system effectively.
• Work with the IT team to ensure the CRM system is integrated with other systems and tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system.
• Develop and execute queries and reports to analyze data and provide insights to help drive business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 3 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management
• Experience providing technical support to users.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience developing queries and reports
• Experience working with data integration and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
