About this Role
A CRM administrator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of a customer relationship management (CRM) system. They ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the platform. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and scrubbing data. Monitoring end-user usage of systems and performing daily administrative and user support tasks.
*Candidates must be either local or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA or Aurora, IL areas*
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in CRM data
- Organizing and updating the information such as contact details, purchase history, and preferences
- Providing support for sales activities by creating reports on lead conversion
- Manage/create/execute training materials for new hires and existing employees about the system, data integrity, and internal processes
- Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through surveys and focus groups
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Develop reports that track customer activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement
- Providing support to customers by answering questions and resolving problems regarding products or services they have purchased from the company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate and educate the latest information on the system and utilization
- Perform other duties as required
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of experience in CRM Administration.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Other Skills/Abilities or Other Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in professional negotiation
- Skilled in maintaining detailed records, and organizing information
