CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Anticipate and fulfill the needs of executive and managerial staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, promptly and professionally handling inquiries and relaying messages.
    3. Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, complex meetings, and travel arrangements.
    4. Handle incoming emails, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    5. Track deadlines for compliance and important tasks, ensuring timely submission of all necessary documentation and reports.
    6. Encourage colleagues to meet deadlines and adhere to requests promptly.
    7. Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    8. Collaborate with members of the VP team leading department activities and events.
    9. Demonstrate dedication to meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders while maintaining respectful interactions.
    10. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    11. Proactively anticipate future needs and take initiative to address them.
    12. Demonstrate resourcefulness in solving problems and handling unplanned or ambiguous circumstances.
