Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Requirements: The Application Engineer provides engineering, technical service, and customer support for the sale of Industrial Filtration products. This role provides technical expertise to internal and external company resources by providing recommendations regarding company products and their use in a variety of industries and applications. The Application Engineer is to understand all product features, advantages of each product, how the product is commonly utilized in various applications, and how to troubleshoot common problems seen in the field. Responsibilities: Complete application engineering requests for valued customers, sales, and customer service teams. Knowledgeable of entire product portfolio and display technical expertise regarding their limitations and applications. Provide technical support, working directly with customers to understand specific technical requirements, installation issues, and ultimately recommend appropriate products that meet their needs. Create detailed bid proposals and formal quotations along with Technical Sales Engineers to secure large projects. Complete technical service requests and write reports as assigned. This includes conducting laboratory tests in effort to qualify new or existing products, predict product performance, competitive analysis, and assist in complaint resolution. Maintain effective communication to build relationships with customers and technical sales engineers. Provide product samples according to customer needs. Develop presentation materials for educating customers on the use of materials and products. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to facilitate the fabrication of non-standard products and coordinate project production schedule in timely manner. Assist with the development of product information and application case studies for marketing and sales teams. Collaborate in a team approach with employees across multiple functions and departments including Customer Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, New Product Development, and R&D. Qualifications/ Experience: B.S. degree or greater from an accredited college or university in Engineering or a related field, preferably in materials science or chemistry. Self-motivated, competence in personal time and strong project management skills are expected. Proven technical and critical thinking skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
