CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. 3. Assess application functionality and work with users to address needs; keep users informed of new application functionality and enhancements available
4. Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow
5. Manage multiple user set ups, profiles, and roles, and related system security
6. Create and maintain complex workflow and data validation rules
7. Develop and maintain regular Sales Organization reporting and dashboards, including complex macro driven reports that synthesize and summarize data gathered through the use of SAP and CRM
8. Recommend and implement application improvements and enhancements
9. Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use of CRM throughout the MULTIVAC, Inc. organization
10. Log and track identified CRM application problems through resolution
11. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials
12. Create and maintain application training manuals and provide training to users
13. Manage sales lead data capture and input in CRM from trade shows and promotional activities
14. Develop, track and reporting of sales lead follow-up procedures and CRM activity
15. Collaborate with Marketing and Communication Coordinator on digital campaigns including newsletters, e-blasts, event invites, etc. to ensure CRM is fully functional and effective in executing these campaigns
16. Manage and distribute email leads submitted to muinc@multivac.com and other web-site channels
17. Collaborate with German headquarters on CRM personnel and policies
