CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. SCOPE OF POSITION:
The CRM Administrator I will be the primary point of contact for multiple user groups and service teams who require maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training. Responsible for interfacing with various teams and producing all the reporting needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This role requires a mix of technical Salesforce experience as well as the ability to train, support, and collaborate with Salesforce users.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: One (1) year of Salesforce.com administration experience (including Service Cloud). One (1) year of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 50 users. Experience with Salesforce.com architecture. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, etc.).
Desirable: Advanced Excel proficiency (index/match, macros, solver, regression)
