CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Job Summary

    The ServiceNow Administrator's tasks revolve around maintaining the platform's health and usability. This involves managing user accounts, permissions, and security measures. They customize and configure modules to match the organization's workflows, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and oversee system integrations for smooth data flow. Administrators also create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, and they document configurations and procedures for reference. Their responsibilities encompass technical upkeep, user support, and ensuring ServiceNow aligns with business objectives.

    Essential Functions

    20% Platform Configuration and Customization: Setting up and configuring various modules, customizing forms, fields, and workflows to align with the organization's processes.

    15% Workflow Design and Automation: Designing and automating workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.

    15% User Training and Support: Providing training to users, addressing their queries, and ensuring they can effectively use the platform.

    10% Issue Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the platform operates smoothly

    10% Integration Management: Managing integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms.

    10% Reporting and Analytics: Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making.

    10% Continuous Improvement and Enhancements: Proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to optimize processes; managing system upgrades, applying patches, and ensuring the platform is up-to-date and functioning properly; planning for the platform's scalability as the college grows, aligning it with business goals.

    10% Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or related field with four years of system and application administration experience in an area related to assignment.

    OR

    Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or related field with six years of system and application administration experience in an area related to assignment.

    OR

    High School Diploma/GED with eight years of system and application administration experience in an area related to assignment.

    Desired Qualifications
    1. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and other business processes to align ServiceNow with an organization's goals.
    2. Experience and Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), CSS, and HTML.
    3. Experience with database management and SQL queries
    4. Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
    5. Experience with Basic project management skills to plan and execute ServiceNow-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
    6. Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements to ensure the platform's security and data protection
    7. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
