CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     What You’ll Get To Do:

    The Apartment Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities. The Apartment Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of the property. Including, but not limited to achieving the highest possible net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property, the supervision and direction of all personnel and the financial operation of the property within approved budgetary guidelines. The Apartment Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

    • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyal
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels
    • Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels
    • Plan and execute events and activities to engage the community
    • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
    • 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or related field
    • Affordable Housing / Tax Credit experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for building and engaging communities
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management is preferred.
    • Completion of in-house training in use of Real Page OneSite is required within the first 90 days of employment.
