CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Job Summary/Basic Function
    NOTE: Position can be filled any of the approved levels in the department’s career ladder.

    Oversee and manage all aspects of GIS efforts within Facilities Management, which support mission critical operations, planning, reporting, and compliance. Ensure that all GIS data, maps, and applications meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

    This position will work on a team of application administrators within Facilities Management with the primary assignment of supporting the GIS systems through configuration, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training. Additionally, they will work with their fellow application administrators on integrations between their respective applications.

    Required Qualifications
    Required:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • An understanding of geospatial technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality GIS solutions.
    • Understanding of mapping concepts, including coordinates.
    • Ability to understand and adhere to data governance requirements, including separation of duties.
    • Demonstrated strong written/oral communication skills, technical documentation, and status reporting.
    • Related technical customer service experience.
    • Experience working with clients to understand and translate their requirements.
    • A valid Utah Driver license is a condition of employment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Preferred:
    • Prior experience using the ESRI suite of GIS software.
    • Prior experience gathering GIS data in the field.
    • Familiarity with utility infrastructure and horticulture terms as it relates to mapping and classifying these items within the GIS system.
