CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Job description

    Looking for a CRM Application Manager who will be responsible for selection and implementation of an enterprise CRM solution. The position will build and lead a team responsible for the design and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that supports all lines of business. The CRM Application Manager will collaborate extensively with internal teams and third-party providers to lead the program responsible for the full CRM system implementation.  The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of CRM administration (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, reporting, etc.) and a passion for using digital tools to optimize the customer experience and drive business results.  The CRM Application Manager will provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure business needs are met and our systems, processes and people will enable the go-to-market strategy of each line of business. The CRM Manager will be a member of the leadership team tasked with understanding business strategies, operations, and opportunities to develop technical capabilities that align with business needs.
    To support your work, you must proactively build strong internal and external relationships and knowledge networks and use them to develop a deep and empathetic understanding of the business challenges our customers and   representatives face.  You will also stay abreast of, evaluate and make recommendations concerning the application of emerging technologies and trends that would allow us to continually improve our results in customer relationship and digital space.
    As needed, you will support and provide strategic input into CLIENT   data strategy and master data management.

    Responsibilities
    • Provides leadership by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Sustains information systems results by defining, delivering, and supporting information systems, auditing application of systems.
    • Assesses information systems results by auditing application of systems.
    • Enhances information systems results by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
    • Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
    • Accomplishes   objectives by determining service level required; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
    • Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
    • Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.
    • Creates an environment which encourages people to think, behave, take action, and control work and make decisions autonomously to attain clear goals.
    • Takes personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments, and ensuring expected results are achieved.
    • Develop and maintain department budgets for hardware, software, and labor
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience defining and maintaining a technology roadmap for CRM applications;  assess emerging technologies and trends to ensure the needs of the business is met
    • 5 years of CRM experience; including 2 years’ experience managing a team supporting CRM solutions
    Required Qualifications
    ·       Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of information technology or related experience OR,
    ·       Master’s degree and 6 years of information technology or related experience OR,
    ·       10 years of information technology or related experience.
    ·       2 years of management experience.
