CRM Application Administrator administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. Being a CRM Application Administrator monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Application Support
Provide technical support for business specific applications.
Confer with project personnel to provide business and technical advice and resolve problems.
Participate in projects and provide technical leadership as needed on business systems projects.
Keep abreast of updates and changes to business specific applications and ensure the technology, vendor, and/or platform stays current and supported.
Systems Analysis
Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of complex nature to ensure user productivity.
Research, respond to, and resolve questions in a timely manner in accordance with standards.
Work closely with QA team to ensure quality software for UAT testing.
Understand business processes in order to recommend productivity enhancements.
Work closely with all support groups to ensure system integration.
Systems Support
Respond to inquiries, undertaking diagnosis of IT related problems and providing solutions.
Communicate with system users and/or IT team on progress of incidents, service requests and enhancements.
Work with colleagues to develop and implement customer focused system improvements.
Knowledge/Skill Requirement
Experience:
Several years of business systems analysis, application administration, and/or business application systems support experience.
Several years of experience in hardware/software support in a medium sized environment.
Working knowledge of SQL queries.
Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.
Solid background with diverse business applications, user access administration, application troubleshooting, change management, etc.
Solid PC and Office productivity tools knowledge.
