Additionally, CRM Application Administrator may require either the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Application Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce System Administrator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business needs of our Salesforce CRM users. As a successful Salesforce Administrator, you have the opportunity and responsibility to maintain the Salesforce Org, provide system support case triage, make changes to the Salesforce configuration, create policies and procedures, as well as to guide, train, and manage our users on the Salesforce CRM platform(s). You will collaborate with other members of the Salesforce team as well as various departments to gather requirements, customize Salesforce to meet business needs and ensure the system is tested, validated and operating efficiently.
