• Partner with business owners to define and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business value
• Work with functional owners to create and manage reports/metrics that efficiently monitor performance and provide visibility to the organization
• Leverage Salesforce and other tools to build sales enabling dashboards
• Evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and automation with Salesforce and Oracle
• Support Operations and Product Quality data analytics requirements
• Partner cross-functionally to create a common reference of current data sources and identify potential gaps or risks in the data
• Backend admin to drive automation and business processes
• Analyzes, validates, develops, and executes system business and technical process requirements
• Support Salesforce projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality
• Support architecture and data warehouse of Salesforce and Oracle platforms

• Demonstrated strong experience with advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Ability to model and share insights from data.
• CRM and ERP experience required; Salesforce and Oracle a plus
• 3 years of experience
• Strong data analytics skills a must
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and comprehension of technical information.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
