The Position:

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to conduct business process analyses, needs assessments and strategically design, build/drive requirements to implement and enhance applications and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Works with Liberty's business and IT teams to identify business process gaps, find areas to automate and drive data analytics opportunities across the organization.
  • This includes requirement gathering to completion, including follow up to ensure project goals are completed. Includes monitoring, reporting on, data accuracy and process efficiencies and communicating and resolve issues working with key stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments and strategically design, build/drive requirements to implement and enhance applications and data analytics
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and ensure data accessibility and security. Lead projects to design, test, document data initiative
• This role will also work with internal and external partners deliver and enhance solutions/capability to improve business outcomes. This individual will work collaboratively with business leaders and their teams to identify KPIs/KRIs that can be measured and monitored to drive business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Must have experience in business analysis, and research.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant business or IT experience in Finance, Operations or Sales Processes. Experience with ERP, CRM, and/or Reporting/Analytics
• Experience with data modeling and relational databases
• Experience in metrics/KPI standardization and using BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx would be beneficial
• Experience with Sales, Manufacturing, SalesForce, and ERP systems is a plus

Travel Requirements: This role may travel up to 10% to other Liberty locations within the United States
