ACBT is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions that propel the bank's success. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, operating, and translating complex data metrics to meaningful business recommendations. This self-directed role requires preparing, reviewing, and analyzing bank’s data and preparing management reports. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver on them, communicate and recommend key data insights and trends to support departmental efficiencies, and present data to promote a data-driven culture. Additionally, you will conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate business performance to support actionable strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in data automation design, data mining, building data dashboards, and validating/interpreting results. They will provide accurate and professional service to internal teams in compliance with bank policies and procedures and communicate effectively with senior leadership when necessary. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and database applications, as well as SQL type programming would be a great asset. Your expertise in data interpretation and financial modeling will be instrumental in shaping our business strategies and optimizing our financial performance.
