Job Summary:
The data analytics team is responsible for leading/supporting the short-term and long-term planning process and providing strategic analytics for decision-making across The Dolsen Companies. In support of this, the Data Analyst reviews incoming and outgoing data across various systems for accuracy and completeness to maintain alignment and integrity, performs analytics and reporting building to support the overall strategic plan, revenue and expense management, and partners with leadership to maintain accuracy and clean data. The data analyst also prepares and coordinates the distribution of various data/reports for departments and leaders on a regular and ad hoc basis. The data analyst takes the initiative to drive improvement in the data across the company which will involve tasks such as data entry, meticulous review, reporting, and the organization of product, customer, sales, and equipment data.

· Maintain weekly and daily uploads and reports.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred but not required. Related experience strongly preferred.
Required Technical Skills
· Microsoft 365 Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook.
· SharePoint or other File Management System.
· Ability to learn new software and web-based applications.
· Good understanding of data collection and documentation.
· Ability to reconcile detailed data.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Extremely organized.
· Ability to manage and follow up on tasks.
Preferred But Not Required:
· Knowledge and use of PowerBI
· SQL query writing
· National Grocery Knowledge/Experience
Physical Demands:
Ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, sit 6-8 hours, walk, lift up to 5 lbs., push, and pull.
Unrestricted wrist, hand, and finger dexterity
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office. The workspace is heated in winter, air conditioned in summer (68-72 degrees)
