What We Need:

We are looking for a Design Integration Support Specialist to join our HNI team. As a Design Integration Support Specialist, you will support and respond to inquiries related to the functionality of the HON, Allsteel, and Gunlocke customers and users.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to customer and user inquiries by phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting and resolving problems for HNI dealer designers utilizing CET, the design and specification platform.

• Create, maintain, and conduct CET training to internal and external members/customers.

• Develop and demonstrate expertise in HNI products, the CET core platform and HNI extensions.

• Develop expertise in workflow of HNI dealers to best engage and support their business.

• Complete special assignments such as system testing, leading improvement activities, or special projects.

• Track call/email metrics and help with monthly reporting.

• Understand and maintain end to end business process connectivity.

• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

What You Have:

• Associate degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and/or IT services preferred.

• Knowledge of HNI products preferred.
