Position: CRM Manager (Zoho)
Location: Indian Trail, NC
Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, access control, customization, and configuration within our CRM system (Zoho).
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the CRM, maintaining high standards of data quality and cleanliness.
• Utilize the CRM system to automate business processes and workflows, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users, empowering them to leverage the full potential of the CRM system in their daily activities.
• Integrate the CRM system with other business applications, such as Internet Marketing, SMS Application, Call Scripting Application, and Report Integrations, to create a seamless and interconnected ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Internet Marketing team to optimize customer engagement strategies and enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with our Database Reporting Expert to integrate information into Zoho.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CRM management, particularly with Zoho CRM, including user management, customization, Deluge and configuration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Experience in automating business processes and workflows within a CRM system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide training and support to users at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with integrating CRM systems with other business applications to create synergies and improve overall efficiency.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a willingness to explore new technologies and strategies to enhance our CRM capabilities.
• Experience is preferred but we are willing to Train the right person
